RARE WWII 1940s Canadian Army Olive Khaki Cotton Military Shorts w High Waist + Pockets! - Choose Your Size

♛Killer WWII era vintage shorts -- these pieces of wearable history are Canadian Army regulation wear circa 1940s and are not found anywhere else online. They are a sturdy canvas cotton twill in a neutral olive-toned khaki (reminds me of green tea!), pairing well with just about anything. Fabric is quite similar in sturdiness and feel to a denim.

High waist, button-front fly with hidden steel buttons, hip pockets, and a ~super~ cute and short sporty cut. Belt loops to add your own belt (ours is just a prop). These beauties were altered by an earlier military surplus company, drawn in through the back waist seam for more of a nipped waistline.

Most, if not all, are stamped and dated inside, attesting to their true WWII heritage! We have seen these interior dates ranging from 1942 to 1945. See last photo for an example of inner markings/date.

Allow room for fit and ease as you prefer! Any of these can be belted somewhat smaller through the waist. They also have a fabric allowance at the rear waist/booty seam that may be utilized for further tailoring purposes.

We have measured all these individually so disregard ~any~ old size numbers found marked inside them, it's not always (or even often) accurate.

Great vintage shape. These shorts are original military pieces from the early to mid 1940s. Unworn/deadstock, with stiff fabric and button holes that will break in and grow more comfortable with wearing and washing, much like a premium button-fly denim molds to fit you.

There may be a small flaw or blemish ("beauty mark") picked up from the decades and adding character. These pieces are not brand-new reproductions but authentically WWII collectibles from nearly 80 years ago, built to wear hard and last -- true wearable history!
