Vintage DEADSTOCK 1940s Knit Cardigan - Pine Green All-Wool Lambswool Sporty Knitwear Sweater w Pockets - Choose Yours!

♛These unworn women's lambswool cardigans are just ideal and in the best iconic pine green hue popular in the era. The old yarn has tiny, natural variegated flecks in its color which are natural to the textile. Nice mid-weight that layers over and under stuff beautifully, providing cozy insulation and warmth. 

These were made by Shore Knitwear of New York (they were active as early as the 1930s). How often do you see deadstock 40s knits? Be the first to remove the tag and enjoy!

Oversized slouch shoulders, knit lapels, extra-long, easily foldable cuffs, lovely front pockets, decorative floral metal buttons. Wear oversized like our modern size 2 dress form, or wear more form-fitting. Cute worn belted like a 49er, too (belt is only a prop, not included).

♛Condition

Unworn/deadstock vintage with tags attached. 70+ years old. Beautifully preserved and free of blatant issues. 

Since these are so old, there is the potential for a tiny, inconsequential imperfection that is not noticed when worn. They are in remarkable shape, given the distant era and the woolen textile.

To preserve their deadstock status and friendly pricing, these have not been cleaned by us. A normal dry cleaning or hand washing works great.
