Returns & Cancellations
Vintage is sold as-is and all sales are final, unless we have made a significant error in our listing. Read listings carefully, examine photos, and ask any questions -- we are always happy to assist you, and we want you to be delighted with your purchases from Jumblelaya. We strive for accuracy and transparency in all our listings. You can read our thousands of reviews on Etsy and eBay for an idea of the selling standards we strive to keep.
Monitor color variations, buyer's remorse, shipping delays outside our control, tiny imperfections, and minor signs of wear/age as are normally found in a pre-owned vintage garment do not count as "significantly not as described."
Please do not ask us to make exceptions to our policies. This is unfair to other clients and directly impacts our ability to offer friendly and fair retail pricing to all.
To be eligible for a return for "significantly not as described," you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package and your item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To inquire about a return, please use the contact form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or returns requested outside the stated timeframe window will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: lingerie, antique items older than 1930s, sale items, layaways, discounted pieces, exchanges, "wounded birds," or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We ask that you shop carefully and ask any questions before placing orders. Canceled orders hurt small businesses. But we know sometimes mistakes are made or life throws a curveball! If for any reason you must cancel an order that's less than 24 hours old and that has not shipped out yet, cancellation will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Orders placed over 24 hours ago or that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Repeat cancellations also will be ineligible.
