A delightful late 1930s dress, a classic with cuffed sleeves, fitted bodice w stabby oversized dagger collar, fitted waist, and a gored mitered skirt. Optional sassy butt-bustle/bow snaps on or off with large old snaps.

Fits about a modern XS - S; please allow room for the fit/ease you prefer

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) to about 36"

Waist about 25"/tight 26"

Hips to about 40"

Shoulder to waist seam about 16"

Shoulder to hem about 42" and has 2" hem

Shoulders - 14 1/2" through seams but your shoulders are meant to extend past into the slight peaked area (~15"/16")

Sleeves about 16"

Armholes about 16" around

Overall great vintage shape. Cleaned and bright. 80+ years old.

The red-painted side zipper did have a bell pull, and this pull juuuust snapped off in my fingers, unfortunately. The side zipper itself still works with some coaxing up and down by pushing on the remainder of the pull. I have a vintage red metal replacement zipper on order which I'll include (or forward on) to new owner, just in case you'd like to swap it out and not deal with the pull nubbin issue.

The white cuffs have subtle pinkish dye drift on the edges, something I only noticed under scrutiny for this listing.
