Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) up to about 34"/taut 35" 

Waist to about 27"/28" slack and meant to tie to fit

Hips to about 42"/full

Shoulder to waist about 16 1/2" (middle of waistband)

Shoulder to hem about 45" and has 1 1/2" hem

Shoulders - no seams

Armhole circumference about 20 1/2"

♛Condition

Good shape with known small cosmetic imperfections, no stains. Cleaned. 85+ years old.

Think Grapes of Wrath/Depression Era for this one. She's picked up signs of living during a tough time, BUT she was cared for with love and kept useful through mending. See charming mends/patches made by a previous owner. 

The side placket is just open, no snaps or hooks/eyes as one would expect? You can certainly add these easily, though when you put this dress on and tie it, you may not need these fasteners.

There's a tiny scrape low down on the skirt, only found by holding it against a light source. And minor damage on the edge of a rear sash that is difficult to see once it is tied.

She still presents well and the cotton fabric is very clean and VERY soft. :)
