RARE vintage coat made from two different color ways of the same Pendleton Beaver State (pre-1972) blankets. Amazingly saturated colors, unisex clutch style, HOODED, both sides with pockets, one side with fringe! No labels but documented Pendleton wool as shown -- possibly a custom make, guessing 60s/70s.

Please allow room for fit and ease and any clothing layered under it. Should suit modern S to M range (or men's XS to S), with potential for alteration larger or smaller by moving the buttons and/or utilizing interior fabric allowances.

♛Condition

Very good vintage shape -- clean, free of spots or stains, sanitized, and spent time both in our chest freezer and our steam cabinet.

There are some scattered little moth grazes and divots to the nap of the textile (not holes), mainly involving the cuffs on the purple side and a few found on the red side, as well. Photos show what the coat looks like from almost every angle. The imperfections are easily ignored in a piece this unusual and striking, and help keep the price on the friendlier side, considering similar examples are priced well into the thousands online.
