An absolutely exquisite ca. 1990s sarong style wrap halter dress of sinfully-soft wine red velvet. Features halter neck with taffeta button, curve-seamed bust, boned bodice, and a true wrap skirt, its lavish hip swag dripping with femme fatale fringe. The construction and quality both deliver the goods; dress is fully lined in glossy-soft satin, and features old skool large silky dressmaking snaps to firmly secure the wrap design. The sumptuous, glowing velvet and the fringe look and feel identical to older materials from the 40s - 50s. 

I was -- and am -- blown away that the label is Jones New York Dress Petite; I had no clue they ever put out such amazing potboiler pieces! Quite a rarity in terms of style and Hollywood charisma, from my deep dive. Nothing like it out there.

Tagged a VINTAGE size 4. About a modern size S to M; please allow room for ease and the kind of fit you prefer. This would be easy to adjust a bit larger or smaller due to its wrap style, moving around the button and snaps.
