1980s does 1940s designer teal plaid noir babe high-waisted wool suspender dress with its own wide belt for a wasp-waisted effect. Buttons to the hem, features deep slit in the rear for walking, as it’s a rather hobble-cut, otherwise. Pockets.

This thing was made in the US and ROCKS.

Shoulder to waist 16" and can adjusted with straps/buttons

Shoulder to hem about 408" and has about 1" hem

Note - the velveteen belt is quite small! 23" on its smaller setting, 26" on larger...you can probably have it redone professionally to fit larger or just swap for a different belt
