Tagged a 42. Fits a range of people from Medium to Large, depending on the fit you like; please allow room for ease.

Bust (underarm area doubled) about 38" hanging from a hanger loose/slack, can fit many as it's open down front

Shoulder to hem about 25"

Shoulders through seams about 16 1/4" 

Sleeves, shoulder to cuff about 26"

♛Condition

Good, wearable vintage condition. Sanitized, retains minor issues. 45+ years old.

To note: tiny, shallow munch on edge of placket (does not go through fabric), 2-3 more like this at the cuffs. Held against a window's light, I saw 3 tiny pinholes.

All of this could be remedied with some work, or just enjoy as-is...this YSL sweater is sturdy and very wearable.
