Vintage ca. late 1970s (1974-1995 Union label) in the softest, dreamiest white cotton voile. Drawstring tie sleeves, lace trim, wee rosebud buttons, and matching pink satin cord belt. Collar + envelope pockets feature carefully hand-embroidered chains of blossoms.

Tagged a VINTAGE size 13/14. About a modern size M to L. Slight give to fabric when pulled tight/taut wherever indicated.

Bust (underarm area measured flat across, then doubled) to about 40"/tight 43"

Waist about 29"/tight 36" unbelted

Hips full/about 60" (~10" down from waistband)

Shoulder to waist about 16 3/4"

Shoulder to hem about 44 1/2"

Sleeves (split/capelet style) about 8" to lower edges

♛Condition

Great vintage shape. 

Nitpicks: the elastic waistband may have been a little tighter when dress was brand new, decades ago. It will fit the size range as given, and can be replaced if you want it a different size.
