RARE and coveted spiderback coat dress shirtwaist from Serbin! Comfy batwing bodice with cute button details at cuffs, gently fitted waist, full skirt w hip pockets. Easy to wear and to care for, and so comfy, too!

•Designer/Labels: Serbin by Muriel Ryan...this style was made from the late 1950s and until at least 1980. Talk a walk back through time with the ads I found, dating from 1952 through 1980. In 1983, there was a single ad showing what appears to be a slimmer-skirted style (not shown). No references found past this date.

Great vintage shape. Cleaned, pressed. This beauty machine-washes and dries like a dream, a huge plus! 45+ years old.

One incredibly faint, tiny speckle located within a stripe, mentioned for accuracy as it's not something noticed during wear/display. Dress would have likely come with a red patent belt. No belt found.
