Enchanting vintage 1970s "homegunne" in a very unusual and eye-catching mustard yellow, cream, pale cornflower calico cotton trimmed in eyelet lace. All the usual attributes we love to see in these old folksy pieces, including gentle princess seams, cute brown pierced buttons/loops at neck and cuffs, high waist, sash ties, and sweeping skirt with flounce.

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) to about 35"/36"

(High/empire) waist to about 31"/32" untied

Hips full/to about 50"

Length, shoulder to high/empire waist seam 13 1/4"

Shoulder to hem about 42 1/2" and has 2" hem

Shoulders fit about 15"/16"

Sleeves about 21 1/2"

♛Condition

Great vintage shape with a couple minor imperfections, presents wonderfully as shown. 45+ years old.

Some pulling at a small area of side waist seam (sash belt covers this during wear); still sturdy. A small v-shaped puncture in side skirt was fused from behind to strengthen and help hide it, not something that jumps out due to location. See last image for a close-up.
