This one flouts both “prairie” design elements and a nod to sweet 30s/40s chore dresses, with its soft puff sleeves, drawstring waist, and tiered full skirt with hip pockets.

 Tagged a VINTAGE size 11, and dress suits a range of smalls up to the cusp of large. Has "give" to fabric when pulled very tight, wherever noted. Vest is also tagged an 11, but fits more like an XS/Small.

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) to about 42"/tight 44" -- drapes to fit smaller

Waist about 38" and draw down with the drawstrings just about as small as you need
