Rare vintage 1970s/1980s does 1950s pure cotton jumpsuit by Argo Sportswear (traced via RN number) in black with wine red, tan + royal blue diamond-shaped cotton appliques on breast. A cool and pretty faithful rendition of the earlier era (without the early era price!)

Shirtwaist bodice, padded shoulder, hip pockets, tapered cigarette leg that looks great with Keds, ballet flats, or even boots.

Tagged a VINTAGE size 5/6. About a modern size XS to S. Interior darts + fabric allowances inside to alter slightly larger or smaller. Minor "give" to the fabric when pulled very tight, wherever indicated.

Bust (underarm area measured flat across, then doubled) to about 36" - tight 38"

Waist 22" unstretched to about 32" stretched

Hips to about 38"/tight 40"

Shoulder to waist seam about 16 1/2"

Outseam of legs about 41 1/4" + 1"

Inseam about 30 1/4"  + 1" 

Rise about 13"

♛Condition

Great vintage shape.

Nitpicks: a faint, tiny trace of reddish dye drift below the red diamond's point; see images. It's only noticed under scrutiny.
