Super cute and comfy deep red late 1970s to very early 1980s vintage dress with surplice bodice, stretch waist, very cool tie-on wide belt, and a deco diamond print.

About a modern XS to M. Please allow room for movement and ease and the kind of fit you are going after. Standard fabric allowances and darts to tailor somewhat larger or smaller.

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) to about 32" slack, 40" stretched gently, and lots of room for cleavage

Waist about 20" slack, 36" stretched taut, unbelted

Hips about 43" (~10" from waist)

Bodice, shoulder to waist seam about 15 1/4"

Shoulder to hem about 42" and has 1" hem

Armhole opening circumference about 16"
