Bonkers-amazing ca. late 1960s to early 1970s maxi skirt in airy nylon barkcloth of DayGlow colors. Ultra-high waistband with butterflies, echoed again in the large-scale print. 19" side slit!

Believed to be unlabeled Young Edwardian.
