About a modern size S to L range (shown on size XS dress forms); drapes and ties to fit and suit many, but do add the amount of ease you prefer.

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) difficult to measure, but should suit from about 36" to about 42" 

Waist is 38" unbelted, tie to fit you

Hips full/to about 66"

Shoulder to hem about 53 1/2" + 1"

Sleeves about 22"

Armhole opening circumference about 26" (generous)

Shoulders suit about 16" - 17"

♛Condition

Minor issues and character; worn with love in the era. Still sturdy in feel and looks great. 50+ years old.

Three tiny mends to fabric at one shoulder. Rear waist seam has two patched in repairs somebody made that are sturdy and covered/hidden when the belt is tied. There are at least two charming hand-mends on the skirting made from the interior of dress to reinforce the material on the exterior. Cool character, really. The imperfections aren't noticed during wear or display, at any rate...it presents exactly like the photos. Priced and sold as-is.
