1960s wool princess coat in a magnificent and htf plum purple, trimmed with original blue variant Arctic fox oversized collar and hem. Pockets incorporated into the lovely structured seams. What a beauty…this bold color does not turn up often!

About modern M. Can be adjusted larger or smaller easily by moving the buttons over in either direction.

Bust (underarm area measured flat on exterior, then doubled) to 40" slack, 42" pulled more tight

Waist about 36"

Hips about 45" - 48" pulled more tight

Length about 43" and has 2" hem

Shoulders about 17"

Sleeves about 21"

♛Condition

Very good vintage condition, presents beautifully. Clean. 60+ years old. Minor imperfections mean you pay a better price for this coveted colored princess coat.

A few tiny moth "kisses" on cuff and one on sleeve, found under close inspection (where the fabric is lightly grazed or there's a tiny dimple that doesn't go through/isn't a hole). See photos.

Minor fading to the lining's maroon color here and there, a scrape, a small hole, an underarm was reinforced at some point. Not seen during wear, of course. 

The removable vintage fox collar sheds a little when handled, pretty typical with these. Fur itself remains full, fluffy, and pretty.
