Black + lurid, day-glo chartreuse flocked taffeta  tea-length skirt, fastens on side with metal zipper and two black buttons.

♛Condition

Very good vintage shape. Clean, but not cleaned by us due to flocking. 70+ years old. 

See photos of the tiny smudge on a flower and a couple tiny imperfections. There are a few scattered pinholes only seen if held to a window's light, as is common on this fabric. Bright and presents well!
