Divine vintage late 1940s Styled by Dorian robe (or “hostess coat”) that is begging to go out on the town! Luxuriant sapphire blue velvet, wrap style with large clear Lucite + rhinestones and faux pearl buttons, hip pockets, sweeping skirt.

Tagged a VINTAGE size 12. About a modern size S to M. Please allow room for movement and ease and the kind of fit you are going after.

Very easy potential to alter larger or smaller by moving the buttons! There's about 5" of room between button and edge of placket.

Overall great vintage shape. Vivid and sturdy. Normal light signs of use and some streaks of settling to the velvet textile's nap at the rear lower skirting, does not attract attention during display or use, there's a lot of fabric here. 75+ years old.
