Divine vintage late 1940s to early 1950s "cusper" style sundress in a crisp cotton daisy print in shades of violet, pink, grey, and black. Classic fit with gently-elasticized neckline, ruched tie sleeves, Basque waistline, and sweeping bias-cut panel skirt.

Fits about a modern L; please allow room for fit/ease. Has standard interior fabric seam allowances and darting to allow tailoring somewhat larger or smaller.

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) to about 40"

♛Condition

Very good vintage shape with minor imperfections that are easily overlooked. 70+ years old.

This came to me with some tea or coffee type stains on the skirt, and I'm happy to say with two soaks it's lifted to the point of being pretty much invisible to onlookers.

I seem to remember there was a wee tan freckle or two hidden somewhere within the print that I saw during pressing out the skirt, but I've lost track of them.

There's a small hole at skirt's center seam (about what a pencil's point would make) that's hidden during use, falling naturally into a fold. The neckline has a gentle touch of age toning remaining along its elasticized rim if scrutinized closely.
