Sheer rose pink seersucker nylon vintage early 1950s shirtwaist by Debby of California. The 1951 ads are the same dress which came in this color and several others. Ice cube-like glass buttons, a hidden apple juice button at waist, and glorious aggro hip pockets.

Fits about a modern M to L cusp and contains interior fabric allowances and darts to alter larger or smaller.

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) to about 42"/tight 46"

Waist to about 28"/tight 29" unbelted

Shoulder to hem about 45 1/2" and has about 2" hem

Near-great vintage shape. 70+ years old.

I found a well-done little old mend completely hidden under collar at the shoulder line (see last photo) and there is a pinhole on top layer under the collar on the button placket. These imperfections are not seen during wear and are reported for accuracy.
