Bonkers good late 40s to early 50s curve-hugger in a soft wool knit of vibrant martini green. The expertly cut wrap + princess-seamed design fastens inside with hidden snaps and hooks and features the addition pop of gold-trimmed orange art glass buttons! Interesting hidden pocket and loads of fabric allowances and with a design that's easily converted snugger or looser by moving the buttons and fastenings.

Presents wonderfully, has minor known imperfections factored into pricing. 70+ years old.

See photos...this beauty has some tiny and tidily-done scattered darns, a tiny hole at rear underarm that wasn't darned, at least one pinhole found when held to light, and a faint smudge at skirt's side below the buttons/pocket. Imperfections are subtle, and she wears and photographs like a dream. 

The designer label also has ink marks on it, not affecting the dress itself, thankfully.

An obvious head-turner that we're unlikely to turn up a second time, priced gently. Great if you don't need "perfect" in your older vintage.
