1940s sporty red corduroy jumper dress is perfect to layer and can be worn on its own in warmer weather. Gored skirt with wrap-around hip pockets. 

Can be worn alone as a sundress in warmer weather!

About a modern size M to L cusp. Please allow room for movement and ease and the kind of fit you are going after, plus anything you wish to layer it over.

Bust (underarm to underarm measured flat, then doubled) 40"

Waist about 30"/TIGHT 32"

Hips full - about 50" (~10" down from waist seam)

Shoulder to waist about 16 1/8"

Shoulder to hem about 40" and has 1 1/2" hem

Armhole opening circumference about 18" 

♛Condition

Very good vintage shape overall. Clean and sturdy. 75+ years old.

Some imperfections noted under closer scrutiny. A very faint oval-shaped splash spot on bodice...this blemish isn't visible right now in normal indoor winter lighting (or during an, ahem, bar crawl!) and was overlooked until my camera picked it up under bright studio lights. A small dark ink type mark at rear bodice near an armhole. Some subtle darkening under one arm that should not be visible during wear. See photos for a good idea of how this piece looks. Priced as-is yet presents nicely, and you won't be afraid to run around and enjoy this one!

Items are shipped 1-2x a week in batches. We are not responsible for delays that happen that are outside of our personal control. 

Expedited/Express shipping is often available for an additional fee. Contact us before purchasing any item(s) you need expedited in order to arrange for this upgrade.

Buyer is responsible for any taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country. Items returned to us by your postal service for non-payment of taxes will incur re-shipping costs.

Reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The address input on your order is the one used automatically by the software to generate your label. If you do not pay to reship your bounced order in a timely manner (7 days), it will be considered abandoned and returned to inventory or donated.
