This two-piece dress set comes from the estate of a woman who bought it to enter a beauty pageant...she said it was the nicest dress she ever owned. You can be the second person to rock this gorgeous gown!

Sheer slinky chiffon with shoulder pads, flame-tipped accents of lace creating a sweetheart neckline effect and making a delectable V over your bust, a generous scatter of sparkling prong-set rhinestones. 

Dress was worn layered over its matching taffeta slip, but of course can be worn with contrasting slips and underthings for a different look.

♛Condition

Overall great vintage shape. Cleaned and freshened, unfaded. 75+ years old.

The rear waist seam of the sheer dress was closed at some point. Sturdy as it is, but could be redone to be invisible, if important to you. See photo.

A group of small holes/pinholes down low on the skirt near center seam, taken into account with pricing. There's lots (and lots) of sweep and volume to this skirt and these tiny imperfections aren't noticed during wear, especially layered over the solid slip. See photo.
