About a modern size M to L cusp; please allow room for ease and the kind of fit you prefer. Darts + fabric allowances inside to alter somewhat smaller or larger. Make sure you allow for enough room to get the kind of fit you like. Slight give to fabric when pulled tight/taut, wherever noted.

Bust (underarm area measured flat across, then doubled) to about 38"/tight 41"

Waist about 28/tight 30" unbelted

♛Condition

Very good vintage shape, presents wonderfully.

Nitpicks: found three cute little hand-mends hiding up at the shoulder line (two in front, one in rear). One more cute little mend is tucked under an arm. Lower button placket has a tiny scrape to fabric, mostly hidden/covered by that last button. Some mystery snaps hidden inside neckline, probably from a removable collar; snaps easy to remove if you wanted.

These things don't stand out to the eye -- looks exactly like images!
