Uber-charming ca. late 1930s rayon beauty in deep espresso brown. Puff shoulders, princess seams, fitted waist with rear half belt and buckle, and an A-line gored skirt.  19 original metal + TINY rhinestone buttons, all of them still present. Mild cosmetic imperfections, but I think it presents wonderfully -- as always, our photos are a great way to evaluate the individual look of each piece.

About a modern XS to S; please allow room for ease and the kind of fit you prefer.

Seam allowances allow this one to be potentially tailored larger or smaller to suit.

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) to about 36"/tight 37" 

Waist about 28"/tight 30" unbelted

Hips about 40"

Shoulder to hem about 40" and 1 1/2" hem

Shoulders seam to seam about 14" and your shoulders are meant to extend past these seams into the "puff" area (fits up to 16" easily)

Armhole circumference about 16" 

Sleeves about 24" long

♛Condition

A near antique that remains very cute, with some minor cosmetic imperfections. 80+ years old.

One fabric cuff button is missing; you could replace or remove the other lowest button on the opposite cuff entirely and tuck away the extra, as there are 8 buttons in the design and having 6 would be totally adequate.

Original metal buttons are all accounted for. With glasses on I can see that 9-10 of the tiny-tiny-TINY rhinestones are missing across these 19 "gem"-encrusted buttons. I'm talking...they are many rhinestones involved and they are about as small as humanly possible.

There's a skinny triangular band of age fade at side skirt seam below side hook/snap placket. There are other subtle traces of fade (e.g. near neck ruffle, on sleeve) as can be seen in photos and which are far less noticeable in "normal" indoor lighting. 

I saw a pinhole at rear skirt above hem. Might be something else TINY like this. See photos! Dress is priced/sold as-is and has lots of life and charisma left.
