Darling vintage ca. 1930s gauzy feed sack cotton dress, sourced straight from the Heartland. A simple sunny frock, fancied up with red organdy trim + dark blue binding. I added a snazzy vintage red Bakelite buckle to the long sash, which likely had a similar style of slide buckle in its time. Wears great unbelted, too, especially on hot days.

About a modern size XS to M (dress form shown is XS); please allow room for ease and the kind of fit you prefer. No usable allowances inside of extra fabric. Make sure you allow for enough room to get the kind of fit you like. Slight give to fabric when pulled tight/taut, wherever noted.

Bust (underarm area measured flat across, then doubled) about 37"/tight 38" 

Waist along seam about 33"/tight 34" (meant to fit over your shoulders); use belt if desired to cinch smaller

Hips to about 42"/tight 42 1/2" (~10" down from waist seam)

Shoulder to waist seam about 15 1/2"

Length, shoulder to hem about 44 1/2"

Great vintage shape, especially for a near-antique. Feels sturdy yet soft.

Nitpicks: two tiny areas along front waist are slightly pulling at the seam, hidden completely if belt is worn and not noticed otherwise unless scrutinizing closely.

Note: skirt's fabric is gauzy; you are seeing dress form's letters/number through it. No discoloration or stains.
