•Highlights: both edgy and cute!; wear neckline unhooked and open or hooked/more "modest"; soft vertical bodice draping; extravagantly puffed sleeves; CUTE smocked, puckered panels on bodice; blue cloth buttons edged in black; high waist; gored swingy skirt; it's difficult to find this style in a size that isn't XS; did I mention how CUTE this frock is?

The fabric is stretchy, to some extent, though you want to be mindful due to the age of this piece

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) 34" slack to about 40" taut
Waist about 28" to 30 1/2" taut unbelted
Hips full/to about 44"
Length, shoulder to waist about 15"
Total length about 39"
Shoulders seam to seam about 13 14" (your shoulders fit inside the "puff" area)
Sleeves about 10 1/2"

♛Condition

Overall great vintage condition, wears beautifully. Cleaned and unfaded. 80+ years old.

To note: little mend on top of shoulder, very secure and not in an area that's normally noticed, especially if you have shoulder-length or longer hair. Pinhole scuff next to it. See photo. 

4-5 tiny holes in a skirt gore, ranging from pinhole to pinhead-sized. Those aren't easy to find/see (I missed them during photos!), and don't interfere with wear/use of this cutie.
