Vintage 1940s Deadstock Rayon Blouse - RARE Swedish Army Military Button-Loop w Crown Gilt Buttons - Size Med to XL

♛Vintage DEADSTOCK/unworn ca. 1940s Swedish Army uniform blouse features a rayon textile that, while fluttery, has crispness and body. Blouse presses up beautifully and resists wrinkling. Color is a neutral sandy hue. Fabric is woven with tiny flecks of both warm golden tan and a cool, slate bluish tone, pairing well with almost every color. 

Jaunty golden metal buttons march down front and close each cuff, each one embossed with three crowns (Tre Kronor, the national emblem of Sweden).

The button-loop collar looks great both closed or opened and relaxed. Bust pockets + flattering tucks at rear waist. European size tags at rear neck. 

Our military pieces are built strong and sturdy, so if you break the price down per wear, you will see the true value. Great separates from this era are increasingly scarce, especially deadstock pieces.

Please allow room for ease and the kind of fit you desire and choose the size that fits you best. Try comparing measurements to blouses you own that fit you well. I found that these fit slimly and run smaller than their stated tags. To avoid pulling on the front buttons or gapping, you'll want to allow yourself plenty of room. Can be worn open, as well.

These are 70+ years old and are deadstock and unworn. 

Most are still folded or pinned onto their original paper backings. Cleaning and pressing before first wearing is recommended. Can be hand-washed or dry cleaned.

These were looked over carefully. Though uncommon, in all deadstock there is potential for an occasional tiny imperfection picked up from age.
