Fabric is stretchy to some extent as indicated, as it's crepe

Bust (underarm area measured flat on exterior, then doubled) about 36" - taut 40"

Waist of jacket about 27"/taut 28"

Length of jacket about 18"

Shoulder span about 15" and your shoulders fit inside "puff" area

Sleeves about 17 1/2"

Skirt waist about 26"/taut 27", and has about 1" extra room on tab to play around with and fudge slightly larger

Skirt hips about 42" - 44"

Skirt length about 25 1/2" and has 1 1/2" hem

Overall great vintage shape. Cleaned and feels sturdy. 70+ years old.

To note: 3 tiny holes tucked in the vertical pleating, one pinhole on backside of jacket at shoulder area. See photo.
