Elegant boutique label dress from the late 1970s to early 1980s with a puff shoulder, button-cuff bishop sleeve that balloons wonderfully when worn, and a pleated tent fit. Add belt or not...it's hip, cozy, and gorgeous, and of a quality you don't find these days. Plus...hip pockets!
