Exceptional 1940s to 1950s era Franklin Original designer draped-to-the-lines dress in gorgeous blue + lipstick-pink print.

About a modern M. Please allow room for movement and ease and the kind of fit you are going after. Fabric allowances inside to tailor larger or smaller!

Bust (underarm to underarm measured flat, then doubled) to about 42" (cut with extra room to drape into those soft folds!)

♛Condition

Very good vintage shape with minor subtle imperfections...presents wonderfully, as shown. 70+ years old. 

There's a tiny off-seam repair someone made at the side waist seam. This imperfection is not noticed when worn (see side view, it's the same side shown), and is completely covered if a belt is worn.

Found a pinhole at rear collar when held against a window's light, and a few pinprick type micro-holes near it. We invisibly fused a grain-of-rice sized fray at the shoulder line so it's strong, backed in a second layer of the same print fabric, so it's not seen when worn (plus, who is up in the air looking down at your shoulder seam?).
