•Highlights: this was technically originally a lounging piece, I think, but it functions just like a modern wrap dress and 1000% can be rocked either at home or out in public; shoulder pads; plunge surplice bodice; adorable waist sashes have the same print in reverse; sweeping skirt; hidden interior ties; GOR-GEOUS

•Colors: a deep lipstick red and white with amazing deco flower and swirling dot print...the close-ups of the print are a more "true" view of the color, at least on my monitor

•Fabric(s): cold rayon

•Lined: no

•Closures: wrap style with interior snaps, interior ties, exterior sash

•Designer/Labels: none found

Fits a range, since it's a wrap; you can further adjust by moving the hidden snaps. About a modern size M to L seems most ideal at its current setting; please allow room for movement and ease

Bust about 42" pulled completely taut and flat at its current setting; meant to drape/cling with room

Waist about 30"/taut 32" unbelted; tie to fit

Hips full/to about 48"

Length, shoulder to waist seam about 17"

Shoulder to hem about 45"

♛Condition

Very good vintage shape, wears beautifully. Clean, bright, and sturdy. 70+ years old.

To note: a few tiny faint marks scattered in the print of front skirt as shown in photo. A tiny mend in rear skirting. See photos for close-ups. With such a busy print these blemishes do not "read" to onlookers -- gown presents as fresh and crisp.
