70s does Deco bishop-sleeved fluttering designer rayon under the sea border print with tie neck…sea weed, scallop shells, sea snails... Listen, you’ll have to sweet-talk this dress back out of my closet if she doesn’t go quickly. Heck, I might still get cold feet. Wears comfortably and like a dream, so flippin’ beautiful.

Great vintage shape. Cleaned. 45+ years old.

Under close scrutiny, I found a very subtle, faint "weak tea" type mark within the fullness of the side skirt. I've owned this for years and never once noticed, that's how minor it is! See pic.
