Beautiful 1930s to 1940s jersey knit dress in a subtle but enticing print of cocoa, black, pink, and cream, even prettier in person than in photos. Shirred shoulder and waist with peplum over-drape, flared skirt of five gores. Slinky and comfy!

About a modern S to M; please allow room for ease and the kind of fit you prefer. Very stretchy, as noted.

Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) to about 36" slack, 42" tight

Waist about 26" slack, 33" taut 

Hips 36" slack to 42" tight (~10" below waist seam)

Shoulder to waist about 16"

Shoulder to hem about 40 1/2" and has almost 1" hem

Armhole circumference about 16 1/2"

♛Condition

Great vintage shape, presents wonderfully. No overt issues. 80+ years old.

Has some typical jersey stuff going on, in that some of the stitch holes at the rear neck facing, cuffs, and hem have loosened with age, similar in look to pinholes (see photos). If you know the fabric, you know this is pretty normal for it. One underarm seam was closed by hand at some point, and you could redo so it's perfectly invisible or just leave it as it is; it feels sturdy and isn't noticed during wear.
