40s cotton-y rayon button-up frock with killer victory V appliqués. Cosmetically wounded but very sturdy, priced with that in mind! Makes a great project piece or guiltless pub crawl or theatre dress.

Tagged a M. About a modern M to L. Please allow room for movement and ease. 

Bust (underarm to underarm measured flat, then doubled) to about 42"

Waist unfitted/about 29"/taut 30" unbelted 

Hips full/about 46"

Shoulder to waist about 15 3/4"

Shoulder to hem about 43" + 1" hem

Shoulders - dolman cut so no seams

Sleeves about 17"

♛Condition

Sturdy shape with two minor imperfections; selling as "wounded" but it's perfectly wearable. Cleaned, pressed. 75+ years old.

There are two tiny, faint ink (?) marks on bodice as shown, situated in a good place as you could cover this with a brooch. Directly below, there is a vague thumbprint-sized spot of fade, easy to overlook in normal indoor light. At night, it'd be even harder to see. 

Redye candidate, or just throw a cardigan or jean jacket on and accept this piece of distant history as it is! Discounted considerably -- "V for Victory" pieces don't come up often in this price range.
