Vintage 1970s does 1930s jacket or open-front blouse by Young Edwardian, who did such killer stuff. Jet black with delphite, melon, cocoa, orange, and candy pink garden flower and rose print + deco geometrics. Billowing bishop sleeves, puff shoulder, easy-going open front to layer as you please. Fluttering crepe rayon.

Bust through underarm area, measured flat then doubled MOST to about 40"/41" (this is open down front and meant to be worn with room)

Length, shoulder to hem about 23 1/2"

Shoulders seam to seam about 15" but your shoulders are meant to extend past; easily fits up to 16 1/2"

Sleeve length about 26" and buttons grip at your wrist to puddle perfectly

Armhole circumference about 18"

Great vintage shape. Unfaded and crisp. 40+ years old. 

There are 4-5 scattered lil pinholes which I honestly never even noticed until going over it closely for the listing. See images. Presents beautifully!
