•Highlights: sashes either side tie to fit at the high waist; HUGE sweep is a very full circle laid flat; dating is difficult but it's older and hand-sewn; the fabric panel seems way too generous and wide for 70s; print also seems an older make; at any rate...it's either very old, or pretty old :) and what you see is what you get!

Fits a range due to the styling -- the dress form shown is an XS, but I do feel slightly larger sizes suit this better

Waist is shown tied down to 23", but should suit up to 34" 

Hips endlessly full

Waist seam to hem about 36 1/2"

♛Condition

Overall great vintage shape. Dry cleaned. Exact age undetermined, but 50ish and older is safe to say.

To note: trace wash wear and a few tiny factory dye variations in the blue background, nothing weird or blatant. Some of the flounce was hand-stitched, only found if you spread it flat and utterly scrutinize.
